This Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy outlines the terms under which customers may return, exchange, or obtain a refund for products purchased from kim & charlie. By placing an order through our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out below.

Eligibility for Returns

Customers may initiate a return within 10 days of receiving their order.
Returned products must be unused, in new and resalable condition, and in their original packaging with all labels and accessories intact.
A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
kim & charlie reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage costs, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchanges

Customers requesting an exchange are responsible for all associated shipping costs.
Shipping fees for exchanges are non-refundable.

Faulty, Incorrect, or Damaged Goods

If a product is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect, kim & charlie will cover the cost of return shipping.
Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the issue.
Photos must be emailed to kimandcharlienz@proton.me
Customers must retain the item until a replacement or refund has been finalised.
