Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy
This Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy outlines the terms under which customers may return, exchange, or obtain a refund for products purchased from kim & charlie. By placing an order through our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Customers may initiate a return within 10 days of receiving their order.
- Returned products must be unused, in new and resalable condition, and in their original packaging with all labels and accessories intact.
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- kim & charlie reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage costs, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchanges
- Customers requesting an exchange are responsible for all associated shipping costs.
- Shipping fees for exchanges are non-refundable.
Faulty, Incorrect, or Damaged Goods
- If a product is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect, kim & charlie will cover the cost of return shipping.
- Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the issue.
- Photos must be emailed to kimandcharlienz@proton.me
- Customers must retain the item until a replacement or refund has been finalised.
