Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

This Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy outlines the terms under which customers may return, exchange, or obtain a refund for products purchased from kim & charlie. By placing an order through our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out below.

 Eligibility for Returns

  • Customers may initiate a return within 10 days of receiving their order.
  • Returned products must be unused, in new and resalable condition, and in their original packaging with all labels and accessories   intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • kim & charlie reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements.

 Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage costs, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

 Exchanges

  • Customers requesting an exchange are responsible for all associated shipping costs.
  • Shipping fees for exchanges are non-refundable.

 Faulty, Incorrect, or Damaged Goods

  • If a product is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect, kim & charlie will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the issue.
  • Photos must be emailed to kimandcharlienz@proton.me
  • Customers must retain the item until a replacement or refund has been finalised.
